Navigating the Hammond Historic District Application Process

This presentation is meant to serve as a guide for those who own, rent, or lease property in the Hammond Historic District and are wanting to make exterior changes to their building. All exterior alterations or signage to buildings regulated by the Hammond Historic District must submit an application for these proposed changes.  Applications must be reviewed and approved before the commencement of any work.
